1. What is the idea?

The idea is very easy. We provide to you the opportunity to buy pixel on our web-site. As you see the main site is devided into 10,000 squares (each with 10 x 10 px =100Px). Compiled that is 1,000,000 px.

You can buy as many pixel as you want, but only in blocks of 100 px. The reason for selling of only 100px blocks as smallest unit is, that the more smaller would not be presentable in a sensible way.

You can buy as many 100 px-blocks as you want, as far as they are available (look into our status indicator in the right upper corner). When you bought px you can place any picture, banner or logo there. This picture we can link to your own homepage. However, these pictures must not be of obscene and abusive nature.

The pixel you buy are shown permanently on the homepage. The homepage will not change. By a part of the reseipts we guarantee that this homepage will stay online over the next five years, surely longer. Another part of the reseipts is to benefit charitable purposes in Africa. Altogether we think to submit a profitable promotion offer to you without further costs..

2. Why should I buy pixel here?

Very easy, you get a picture and a link to you homepage on a site with the potential to be visited by millions of visitors during the next years. The homepage stays online for the next five years, that is guaranteed. But the idea is to let it online for ever. In this way you write internet history.

The site stays online for the next five years guaranteed (at least to 1st March 2011). It is intended to be online for ever (so far it is humanpossible).

5. Why can’t I buy one only pixel?

We know, that it would be good to buy only single pixel. But in practice it is not effective. The cause is, that you cannot picture anything sensible on one px and you cannot click it easyly. Furthermore a site out of many at random choosen coloured points would look unfriendly.

Just as well we think that this site responds more businesses that want to point at their web-sites via a pleasing chart. Therefore the minimum investment is 50.00 € for a 10x10 px-block.

Anyway, if you want to have your own pixel, the only possibility is to merge with friends, the family or colleagues and purchase 10x10 pixel.

6. How can I pay?

We thought at the beginning about the possibility of an on-line payment by credit card, this thought however after closer examination rejected.

Therefore we put here a form at the disposal, which you only fill out and send to us. Afterwards we step with you into contact and convey to you a calculation, which you settle, like otherwise also.

After incoming payment on our account, we publish your graphic and link these with your homepage.

7. Why do you only take Euros and not Dollars?

Because we are a German business and the currency translation costs into Dollars incure twice – once for the customer und once for us. That would raise the price for a pixel unnecessarily.

8. What happens after pixel buying?

After you have decided to purchase pixel from us, send us your graphic (*.gif, *.jpg) that should be shown in the space of "YOUR" pixel. The graphic should be formatted in the size of the bought pixel (e.g. you bought a pixel-block of 20 x 40, so the graphic should also be 20 x 40). And add the link to which the graphic should refer (it should start with "http://www").

After incoming payment on our account the graphic will be published and linked on our web-site within 48 hours. It remains here as long as this site exists, that means for a very long time.

9. May I later change the graphic?

As already mentioned, it is not intended to change the homepage because the site should be "constant". Therefore there is no possibility to change or delete graphics unless a good reason (like final judgement, closure of a business etc.)

Therefore choose your graphic with caution, so that you will still identify with it in many years and you will take much pleasure in watching it.

In connexion with it should be mentioned that, with the buying of the pixel you have the one-time right to place a graphic. The pixel go back to us automatically if it should be necessary to delete the graphic and the link from the homepage (on a very good reason). You do not acquire rights at this Site.

10. Which charitable institution do you support?

Mostly institutions that allow children to live a normal life like the possibility to go to school, to give them a roof over their heads and something to eat. But also institutions that give medical aid to the children. Besides we are up to animal protection and reservation of nature and natural recourses.

The donations are handed over personally. This hopefully prevents a disappearance of the money in administrative organisations. After the handing over of the money we publish articles in this web-site as well as in the media of the country concerned.
